Installed and tested the overhauled engine and its accessories at the site and coupled it with the Ariel gas compressor using proper alignment and torque methods.

Performed pre-startup inspection and trial run of the engine and monitored its performance and efficiency parameters.

Troubleshot and rectified the RPM variation issue by changing the air actuator linkage position, replacing the rod-ends of the control linkage, and installing the ground cable.

Removed and transported the compressor components from Mazarani gas field to GenCom workshop in Karachi for refurbishment.

Refurbished the compressor components at the workshop by replacing, reconditioning, honing, grinding, checking, and testing them.

Installed and tested the refurbished compressor components at the site and filled lube oil in crankcase.

Performed pre-startup inspection and trial run of the compressor and monitored its performance and efficiency parameters.

Troubleshot and resolved the fumes and smoke issue from the process vent during the performance test-run.

Designed and fabricated a dual axis solar tracking system using Arduino, servo motors, and solar panel, which tracks the sun’s position based on the coordinates of location and time.

Programmed the Arduino to control the servo motors and adjust the solar panel orientation to follow the sun’s position using a mathematical model.

Analyzed the performance and efficiency of the dual axis solar tracking system using MATLAB and found that it was 35% more efficient than a fixed-tilted PV system.
